Each course is generally 5 sessions, with each session lasting between 2 and
3 hours, depending on the number attending. The course can be spread over
five weeks, one session per week, five days, one session per day, or two full
days. Courses can also be tailor made to suit your requirements, and can range
from a single session "taster" course, to a full term. All courses may be
held in Gainford, or at your location. Proposals upon request.
WHOSE LIFE IS IT ANYWAY?
An exploration into our personal value system. During the course, participants
develop their own "mission statement" which is presented to them at the end of
the course in a certificate suitable for framing. It is from this mission
statement that we are able to develop projects and do some of the things we
have always wanted to do, but were, perhaps, afraid to try.
THE ART OF CREATION
This is a follow-up course to "Whose Life is it Anyway". Each person will
develop a project, directly resulting from the mission statement they produced
in the last course. Action steps and support will be offered to complete this
project, which can either be personal, business, family, community or health
oriented. The techniques learned can be applied to any project or goal in the
future.
THE COLOUR OF MONEY
What money means to us. What it is and what it is not. We learn how to
generate a feeling of abundance, no matter what our income is, and learn that
there is more to getting what we want than going out and buying it.
RELATIONSHIPS: The Art of Loving
Looking for love in all the wrong places? In this course we will discover
what we truly want in a partner, and find ways to bring the perfect one into
our lives. (And have some fun in the process!) And if he or she is already
there, find ways of re-creating the romance.
LOVE, HONOUR AND NEGOTIATE
This highly successful course is for couples only, generally those who are
experiencing difficulties within their relationship. With both partners working
on the same canvas, we look at how we work together, play together, define
boundaries and at our control issues and hidden agendas. During the course,
we work on uncovering a common goal or purpose for the relationship, and
develop a statement of commitment.
THE MAGIC OF VISUALISATION
Getting what you want. Wanting what you get. Learn techniques to get what you
want, and appreciate what you have. This is a two-session course and can be
held in one day. We look at the things we want to attract into our life, and
the reasons which stop us from getting them.
THE JOY OF ACTION
A single session follow-up course to support participants in developing and
accomplishing their projects. It is particularly useful after completing
"Whose Life" and "The Art of Creation", perhaps on a monthly basis to keep
our projects, and motivation, alive.
IF I WERE A COLOUR
A single session course lasting between 2 and 3 hours, in which group members
explore inner feelings. It is especially useful for people in the caring
professions, to acknowledge their feelings, which are often conflicting, and
sometimes thought of as unreasonable. In confidence, we get the opportunity
to air these thoughts and feelings resulting in a joyful experience of relief,
and renewed energy.
CATCH THE VISION
A one-day workshop where participants develop a project to take their vision into reality. Using art
and meditation techniques, we review past accomplishments, and create a vision for the future. This
workshop can be tailored to suit corporate requirements, and is especially useful for not-for-profit
organisations who need to motivate and encourage staff and volunteers. No experience is required, and
is suitable for both men and women.
